Helping Hands ---- Big Event

Bryte and Alyce Norman Parks and the Riverwalk major upgrade by our Friends and Community

See the Proclamation awarded by the City

Over 900 people upgraded two West Sacramento Parks. On Saturday, April 30 from 8 am to 12 noon, WS citizens, 8 years and older, participated in the Mormon Helping Hands project, partnering with the City of West Sacramento, the Washington Unified School District and BBCAN, to tackle projects such as: construction and repair of trails, spreading mulch, masonry repair, carpentry work and a wide variety of other projects and support assignments. The Helping Hands project provided a Free barbeque at noon.. See the YouTube video.
