Levee and Flood Control Informational Meeting

6:30 pm in The Rivers Clubhouse, 808 Lighthouse Dr., West Sacramento. (See a map). The purpose is to review background issues, time lines and answer questions about the next phase of levee improvements, beginning in Bryte near the maintenance yard of the Department of Water Resources and ending at River Crest Drive in The Rivers.

Lisbon Firehouse Public Comment Meeting

6:30 pm in the Bryte VFW Hall . The City of West Sacramento wants to hear from you about the future of the Lisbon Firehouse. (more info)

Urban Farm Stand

10 am to 2 pm in Elkhorn Park. (see a map). Fresh fruits and vegetables from local growers. Every Saturday through October.

Bryte and Broderick Community Institute

9 am to 12 pm. The public is invited to attend this last session which will highlight, celebrate, and plan the next phase of the Bryte & Broderick Community Institute. Location: West Sacramento Police Department Community Room, 550 Jefferson Blvd. See a (map).

California Indian Heritage Center Public Meeting

5:30 to 7:30 pm at City Hall. The preliminary project alternatives will be presented, along with an update on the overall planning process. See (CIHC website)
